Hello BoredBoards Users!
Due to a recent outbreak of uncontrollable spamming on BoredBoards, I have established a rules section to clear up any discrepencies that may come up in the usage of this site. Here are the rules:
POSTING:
-If you are new to the forum, please read all rules and conduct before posting. It would be greatly appreciated!
-Do not do first post/one post advertisement/spamming. You posts will be deleted and you WILL be put on the Wall of Shame.
-Do not post pornographic images or images containing tobacco products, alcoholic products, drugs, or other inappropriate material. This is a family site, so keep it clean!
-NO SWEARING. We cannot stress enough the ban of using swear words in this community. If you are angry, use integrity.
-NO POSTS may contain certain items that include, but are not limited to:
1. Sexual Enhancement products
2. Prescription drug advertisements
3. Free stuff spam
4. Flaming (insulting or hurting other users verbally)
5. Sexual references
6. The promotion of tobacco and alcoholic products
THIS LIST IS JUST A FEW OF MANY ITEMS THAT ARE BANNED FROM BoredBoards. USE INTEGRITY WHEN POSTING. YOU SHOULD KNOW WHAT IS WRONG AND WHAT IS RIGHT.
PRIVATE MESSAGING:
-The use of Private Messaging (PM's) is not monitored by moderators or administrators for the privacy of our users. If you find something offensive being sent to you or spread, PLEASE REPORT IT!
-Flaming in PM's is completly unacceptable, and will not be tolerated.
-Spamming and advertising in PM's is also banned from BoredBoards.
MISC.
-Usernames, signatures and avatars MAY NOT contain pornographic images, alcoholic or tobbaco references, or any inappropriate material. Anything deemed to be offensive by a moderator or administrator will be removed, no questions asked. If you have had an item removed and think it is not offensive, please PM me.
-Keep the site friendly! This site is for people to get along and have fun while making friends. Anyone who want to meet people in person CANNOT do that here.
-Due to the Children Online Privacy Policy Act (COPPA), children under 13 must register with the permission of a parent/guardian. Please refer to the registration page for more information.
-Pedifiles/online preditors WILL NOT be permitted to use this site. If we find that is what you are here for, we will not hesitate to contact the Federal Government to make sure you don't do anything illegal. WE ARE NOT JOKING.
